Please order at your own risk, we cannot offer a refund for items that are destroyed or rejected by border control.

We regret that this toy cannot be sent to Australia due to very strict rules on plant matter entering the country.

Orders to EU Member States

Delivered Duty & Tax Paid via Tracked Courier (3-7 Working Days) | £16*
* Now that the UK has left the EU we will be sending all EU orders DDP. There will be no additional charges for you to pay upon delivery. 

International Orders to Europe (non EU) and Rest of World

Express Via DHL (2-5 working days)  from £28
Economy Via Royal Mail (7-20 working days) £16

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order to arrange an exchange or return. If your item is damaged in transit or you feel it has a fault - please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your order to arrange a return.
