These past few weeks have been challenging for all of us. We’ve had to change our way of life drastically to stop the spread of the covid-19 virus by staying at home to protect ourselves and others. During difficult times, it often helps to search for some semblance of a silver lining and for me that’s been the opportunity to slow down, to reflect, to make plans for the future, to stay healthy in body and in mind and to read and write for pleasure where before I may not have had the time. The lock down in London has also meant spending much more time with my cats and dreaming up new products to launch the would enrich Percy and Penelope’s lives when all this is over - whenever that may be.

To help spread some calm amid all the worrying news updates and the uncertainty of what our lives will be like after all this, my wonderful friend and fellow cat lover - Cecily (her cat is called Richard and you should follow him here: @myhorriblecat ) has created two free downloads: a cat themed activity pack for children and a mindfulness colouring sheet for adults.

I hope you enjoy them. Please do tag pictures on Instagram of your creations or email them to me. I’d love to see.
