Use the below cat collar size chart to double-check your cat's measurement.

Wrap a tape measure closely around your cat's neck and note down the measurement
Add 2.5cm/1 inch to this figure to allow the correct amount of space between their neck and the collar for a perfect fit.
This is your cat's collar size. (If you don't have a tape measure - use a piece of string and a ruler)

If your cat already wears a collar that fits well, you can take it off and measure the inside circumference when it's fastened on the correct hole to find out your cat's neck size.

Cheshire & Wain collars are not suitable for kittens or cats that weigh less than 2.5kgs / 5.5lbs. We advise that your cat is at least 4 months old to wear a Cheshire & Wain collar unattended.

This collar is made from woven polyamide material with a faux suede lining
The upper surface can be wiped clean with a damp cloth when required
Hardware can be polished with a microfibre cloth
Do not get spot on flea treatments on or near this collar - the chemicals will react with the material causing discolouration and damage that cannot be reversed.

Oh, it is wonderful. The leather is extremely soft and so comfortable for my sweet kitty. The one thing that surprised me is the drawstring gift bag with your beautiful logo- I was expecting a really nice storage tin as advertised on your website, but all in all the item itself is very well made. I am pleased.

Thanks so much for your wonderful review Mary! I'm so happy Jäger loves her collar. Sorry for any misunderstanding about the packaging...not all of our collars come in a gift tin. The reflective one you chose comes in a cotton bag. If you did want a collar in a tin next time (maybe for Jäger's next big birthday) then do take a look at our Caviar and Wonderland collections. And please keep an eye out towards the end of this month for our secret seconds and sample sale - some items will be sold in a tin :)

Quality Collar

I brought this collar in a petite for my siamese, and its a nice fit. She must be really tiny as I have it on the tightest hole, but there is a loop to hold the excess collar in place and she's taken to it well. She was really entrested in it from the start and I find it very easy to put it on and take it off. The pink colour is pretty and really pops! don't let my cat out at night, but it's great for standing out during daytime use as well as peace of mind in the dusk.

Freya loves her first and only collar from Cheshire & Wain! And her human does too! The colour is outstanding and catches the eye indoors and outdoors. Receiving so many compliments on this collar from other people. Freya also loves water and so far I have not had any issues with wetting this collar.
