We're sorry but this is a mystery purchase so you will not be able to specify the colour.
Can you personalise my cat's lucky dip collar?
Not all collars in the lucky dip can be personalised. If you would like to add your cat's name on the collar, please contact us immediately after making your purchase and quote your order number. We will then check availability and confirm if we can make the collar for you. Please note there will be a small fee for personalisation.
Can I return the collar if I don't like it?
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on lucky dip or personalised items. These collars are heavily discounted so we can reduce waste and offer our luxury collars to kitties for less.
What is a 'second'?
A 'seconds' is a product with minor aesthetic defects. These are products which did not pass our very high standards of quality control. They are perfectly functional and in some cases you may not even notice the defect!
