Please note: These collars are 'seconds' which means they have slight imperfections such as small markings, scratches or speckles on the leather or minor irregularities in the stitching or leather colour. There may be small marks on the buckles and rivets. The integrity and safety of these collars is not affected in any way. Please see the images for more details.

When buying your cat a collar for the first time, it can be tricky to know which size to buy or how to get the best fit.
Please start by checking the handy size chart on our Fitting Guide here. You will also find instructions and help videos on how to measure your cat's size. If you're still unsure, please complete our Collar Sizing Form on our Fitting Guide or contact us for personal recommendations.
Cheshire & Wain collars are not suitable for kittens or cats that weigh less than 2.5kgs / 5.5lbs. We advise that your cat is at least 4 months old to wear a Cheshire & Wain collar unattended.

Looking For Personalisation?
Not all sale collars can be personalised due to the different types of leather used.
If you would like to personalise this item please contact us immediately after placing your order and we will advise if it is possible. Please note cannot personalise the Caviar, Limited Edition or Reflective ranges.

Returns Policy on Sale Items
Returns
All Cheshire & Wain products are carefully made in small batches to ensure strict quality control. These products are being sold as 'seconds' which means they didn't meet our strict quality control measures. They will have minor aesthetic defects. Please note: We cannot accept returns on sale items.
If your item is damaged in transit or you feel it has a fault - please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your order.
My cat has chewed and damaged their collar. Can I return it?
Unfortunately we are unable to replace or refund collars which have been damaged by your cat. If you have a cat that is not used to wearing collars and you are worried about how they will get on - please contact us and we will be happy to advise on how to ease your cat into wearing a collar. It is your responsibility to select the correct size. If there is too much overhang please exchange the collar for a smaller size.
A spot on flea treatment has damaged my cat’s collar. Can you send a replacement?
No. It is very important that you do not allow spot on flea treatments to touch the leather. The chemicals will react with the dyes causing discolouration that cannot be reversed. Especially on the Gold Caspian collar which has a foiled coating. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON COLLARS THAT HAVE BEEN DAMAGED BY A FLEA TREATMENT.
Will Cheshire & Wain collars fit my cat? What if it's the wrong size?
Our Luxury Cat collars come in 3 sizes:
Petite (17cm-22cm) for kittens and small breeds (such as Burmese, Siamese, Abyssinian, Cornish & Devon Rex, Singapura etc.) and young or fully grown cats with slim necks.*
Standard (21cm-25cm) for adult cats of average size usually weighing over 4kg
Large (17cm-22cm) for curvaceous kitties that are fully grown and usually over 4 years old and weighing over 6.5kg - such as Maine Coon, British Blue, Ragdoll, Savannah Cats etc.

Can I choose the colour of my lucky dip collar?
We're sorry but this is a mystery purchase so you will not be able to specify the colour. Browse our other seconds sale listings if you want to choose a specific colour
Can you personalise my cat's lucky dip collar?
Not all collars in the lucky dip can be personalised. If you would like to add your cat's name on the collar, please contact us immediately after making your purchase and quote your order number. We will then check availability and confirm if we can make the collar for you. Please note there will be a £10 fee for personalisation.
Can I return the collar if I don't like it?
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on lucky dip or personalised items. These collars are heavily discounted so we can reduce waste and offer our luxury collars to kitties for less.
What is a 'second'?
A 'seconds' is a product with minor aesthetic defects. These are products which did not pass our very high standards of quality control. They are perfectly functional and in some cases you may not even notice the defect!
