Have you thought about buying a gift for a cat owning friend but are stuck on what to choose? A digital gift card is a wonderfully thoughtful gift for a cat-lover. 

Cheshire & Wain Gift cards are delivered via email and contain a special one off code which can be applied at checkout to redeem the gift card amount. Simply forward the gift card to the guardian of the lucky feline recipient or print a physical copy at home. If you would like a hard-copy posted to you (UK only), please send us an email after placing your order or add a note when you check out. 

Please allow up to 8 hours for your digital gift certificate to be emailed to you.

The gift card will be valid for a period of one year. 

Processing Time

We aim to dispatch unpersonalised orders within 2-4 working days 

Personalised collars and engraved ID tags will be dispatched within 10 working days 

Express personalisation takes 3-5 working days.

Royal Mail Standard Shipping (2 working days) £3.99

Shipping with Express Personalisation (1-2 working days from dispatch) £12

Orders to EU Member States

Delivered Duty & Tax Paid via DHL (1-2 Working Days) | £28*

* Now that the UK has left the EU we will be sending all EU orders via DHL Express Courier. There will be no additional charges for you to pay upon delivery. 

International Orders to Europe (non EU) and Rest of World

Express Via DHL (2-5 working days)  £35

Economy Via Royal Mail (7-20 working days) £12

For Express Personalisation on International orders please choose Shipping via DHL 

It is the responsibility of all customers outside the European Union to resolve any import taxes or other charges arising from a purchase.

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order to arrange an exchange or return. If your item is damaged in transit or you feel it has a fault - please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your order to arrange a return. Any personalised/customised items are exempt from this returns policy and are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
