This captivating antique pair of Staffordshire style recumbent cat figurines — the right and the left tabby — are designed to frame a scene. Each cat is poised, reclining gracefully on an oval cushion and playfully grasping a small black ball with its front paws. They sport emerald-green collars with tiny bells and feature finely detailed hand-painted individual faces, complete with charming mackerel tabby markings and dark blue-tipped ears. Though unsigned, these pieces are in excellent vintage condition and are ready to be admired, making them a sublime addition to any thoughtfully curated interior.
